Using your own body weight at the ballet barre we go through intervals of various holds and micro-movements with the use of a ball and hand weights, off and on. You will be toning and strengthening your postural alignment, thighs and glutes while reaching the maximum burn. During the end of the hour, I combine Pilates and a strong ab-core section.
