CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

 

 

 

Core Power Barre

Get ready to sweat in a 1 hour cardio/high-energy experience to sculpt, tone, slim and lengthen your entire body. Using your own body weight at the ballet barre we go through intervals of various holds and micro-movements with the use of a ball and hand weights, off and on. You will be toning and strengthening your postural alignment, thighs and glutes while reaching the maximum burn. During the end of the hour, I combine Pilates and a strong ab-core section.

 

Beach Yoga

A series of yoga poses to balance, strengthen and stretch the body, while you enjoy the essence of the Beach.  Located at Knight Ave. and Beach.  Wear sunblock and bring a large towel and bottle of water.  No Mat needed.
 
 

Zumba

An integration of dances from all around the world and fitness moves that give you the perfect combination of cardiovascular fitness and strength training to give you that desired shapely  physique.  The music is super uplifting, it is definitely worth giving this class a try. Beginners Welcome.
 
 

 

Active Isolated Stretching

The Active Isolated Stretching (AIS) method of muscle lengthening and fascial release is a type of Athletic Stretching Technique that provides effective, dynamic, facilitated stretching of major muscle groups, but more importantly, AIS provides functional and physiological restoration of superficial and deep fascial planes. Use this to complement your workout routine.

 

 

Mat Pilates

Improve your flexibility, stamina, circulation, and coordination through Pilates. All levels are welcome. Pilates support whole-body functioning as well as strength and endurance.

Some experience required with Mark Boothby.

 

 

Strength Training

Get stronger today. Great counterpart to individual strength training. Improves flexibility and circulation. Variety of methods are used to support healthy muscle development.

 

 

Beginners Yoga

Peaceful method to increase flexibility, coordination, strength, and endurance.
