Beach Yoga

A series of yoga poses to balance, strengthen and stretch the body, while you enjoy the essence of the Beach.  Located at Knight Ave. and Beach.  Wear sunblock and bring a large towel and bottle of water.  No Mat needed.


An integration of dances from all around the world and fitness moves that give you the perfect combination of cardiovascular fitness and strength training to give you that desired shapely  physique.  The music is super uplifting, it is definitely worth giving this class a try. Beginners Welcome.

Thai Yoga Massage

A guided series of Yoga Postures while palming and thumbing along the body's energy lines and pressure points.  Together these actions result in a treatment that relieves muscular tension, improves circulation, boosts the immune system, and balances the body energetically.

A series of Yoga postures that flow with your breath.  In this hour we focus on upper and lower body strengthening and stretching along with focus and balance.  Some experience is required unless you are already in a fitness routine, otherwise book a private or group session, so we can start increasing your abilities today. 1 hour class and room heated to 80°F.


Power Vinyasa Flow

A dynamic and Fluid system to transform your body and mind. Poses are linked together to create a flowing practice which stretches strengthens and tones your body, inside and out yoga experience is recommended. Class time 1 1/2 hou
